Pick your size
Order the size that matches the shoe you will put them in. Between two sizes, take the larger.

Drop them in
Pull the factory insole out, slide these in heel first with the fabric side up, then press them flat along the arch.

Give them a few days
If they feel firm at first, wear them for half a shift for the first two or three days, then go full-time.

My mother stood for a living. So do millions of people.
She cleaned houses for twenty-two years and came home every night with the same complaint. Drugstore insoles lasted her a month. Custom orthotics cost more than she made in a week.
So we went looking for the opposite of a flat foam sheet: a latex core that springs back after every step, an arch that holds its height, and a heel cup deep enough to matter. Then we priced it so somebody who stands for ten hours does not have to think twice.

How long until they feel normal?
Most people feel the arch straight away and stop noticing it after two or three days. If it feels firm at first, wear them for half a shift for the first few days, then go full-time.
Will the insoles fit my shoes?
They fit sneakers, work boots and most casual and dress shoes. Pull out the factory insole first and drop these in its place.
What if I am between sizes?
Take the larger size. A slightly long insole settles into the shoe once you lace up, while a short one leaves the arch sitting in the wrong place.
One pair or two?
If you switch between work shoes and everyday shoes, two pairs saves you moving them back and forth every morning, and it puts you over the free U.S. shipping threshold.
What if I picked the wrong size?
Message us with the size you ordered and the shoe you are putting them in, and we will tell you the options. Please get in touch before sending anything back.
